Everything you need to get started and get value from Evawero Intelligence — in 2 pages.

What is Evawero Intelligence

Evawero Intelligence connects to your email and news sources, reads everything, and uses AI to surface what matters — ranked by priority with clear action steps. Instead of spending an hour reading through emails and news, you run a scan and get a focused, actionable briefing in seconds.

📥
Inbox Intelligence
Summarises everything from your email and feeds. Ranks by how much each item needs your attention. Generates specific action steps for each signal.
📈
Market Intelligence
Identifies investment signals from market news. Highlights specific stocks, ETFs, bonds and other instruments relevant to each story.
✍️
Content Creation
Spots trending topics from your feeds relevant to your audience. Helps you stay ahead of what people want to read about.
Getting started
1
Create your account
Sign up with your email and password, or use Google sign-in for one click access. During onboarding, enter your company name, role, and area of focus — this helps the AI personalise results for you.
2
Connect your sources
Go to Sources in the left sidebar. Connect a Gmail account to read emails from a specific label (e.g. your Google Alerts label). Add RSS feeds for news sites, blogs, or publications you follow. You can add as many sources as you like, and click "+ Add recommended sources" to get a curated starter set for your active module.
3
Choose your module
Use the dropdown in the top bar to switch between Inbox Intelligence Market Intelligence Content Creation. Each module has its own scan history, results, and task list.
4
Run a scan
Click Scan Now in the top right. The app fetches new items from your sources, deduplicates them (articles you've already seen are never re-analysed), and sends only new content to the AI. A progress bar shows each step. Most scans take 30–90 seconds depending on how much new content is available. You can minimise the progress bar and browse while it runs.
5
Review your results
Results appear on the Overview page ranked by score. Click any card to expand it — you'll see a summary, why it matters to you, an entry angle, and recommended action steps. Use the filter bar to view by priority or category.
6
Save and act
Click + Save to Task List on any result to add it to your task board. Go to Tasks to manage your saved items — move them through To Do → In Progress → Done, and add personal notes to each task as you work on it.

Key features
🔁
Smart deduplication. Once an article has been scanned, it is never sent to the AI again — even across multiple scans. This keeps costs low and means each scan only surfaces genuinely new information.
📦
Results are permanent. Unlike most tools, old scan results are never deleted. Your history of opportunities and signals accumulates over time. Use the Archive button to hide results you've dealt with, or Delete to remove them permanently.
📋
Task list with context. Every saved task remembers the original AI analysis. Click any task to expand it and see the recommended action steps. Add your own notes — "Called John at MTN, awaiting response" — and they're saved permanently.
📧
Weekly digest. Every Friday at 7am UTC, the app automatically emails you your top 5 signals from the past week — so you stay informed even if you haven't logged in.
🌐
Google Alerts via RSS. Instead of reading Google Alerts in your inbox, convert them to RSS feeds. In Google Alerts, change "Deliver to" from Email to RSS Feed, copy the URL, and paste it in Sources → Add RSS Feed. Cleaner and faster than email-based alerts.
⚙️
Personalise scoring weights. Go to Settings to adjust how the AI weighs different signal types (actionability, urgency, relevance etc). Set your minimum score threshold to control how many results appear — higher threshold means only high-priority items surface.
Tips for best results
🏷️
Use Gmail labels
Create a dedicated Gmail label for your Google Alerts and newsletters. Connect that label in Sources. This gives the AI focused, relevant content rather than your entire inbox.
Scan in the morning
Run a scan as part of your morning routine — before your day starts. The app processes overnight news and emails so your first hour is already briefed.
🎯
Fill in your profile
The more specific your company, role, and focus in Settings, the more relevant the AI analysis becomes. "CEO of pension fund management company" gives very different results than "Consultant".
📡
Add quality RSS feeds
Add 5–10 feeds from publications you actually read. Quality of sources determines quality of intelligence. Most news sites and blogs have an RSS URL — search "[site name] RSS feed" to find it.

For teams: Each person creates their own account with their own role and focus area. The same platform serves a CEO differently from a consultant or an analyst — because the AI personalises results to each individual profile.
