Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Paystack (for Nigerian users, in NGN) and Stripe (for international users, in EUR/USD). All payments are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evawero Digital Solutions Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from acting on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For users in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
